I would agree with the web site analysis. What Web Cubed will look like remains to be seen, however, I believe we are seeing a number of changes to the web even today (beyond Web 2.0). Faster mobile speeds and video feeds will play a large role I believe.

The Polish website isn't my conception of web x and the future. From my reading around I'd make a guess that some of the practical outcomes of work on nonlinearity and information behaviour / information organisation will be much more influential in the next few years - next stage of things isn't likely to be just the whistles and bells, but the more substantive innovations applying complex theory. Search out Ford, Foster, Madden, Spink if you want names that touch on this subject and who are working in the Whew! I'll take a breath now.

Some PoMo influence for sure since that's what dictates the ultimate choices made by consumers. I'll extend this section in our SEO book due out in the Fall.

What the heck is that?

I note what you're saying, thanks for the contribution. Sounds like you're stuffing philosophy into marketing with your post-modernism :P
